Portfolio & TFP Shoots
We welcome new and aspiring models looking to build their portfolios. All image usage will be agreed in advance, and a written model release and privacy consent form will be provided before each shoot.
This studio is operated as a private hobby and not as a commercial photography business. Photo sessions are undertaken by mutual agreement and images will only be used in accordance with the signed consent/model release form

1. Consent
I, the undersigned model, voluntarily agree to be photographed by the photographer named above.
I grant permission for the photographer to use, reproduce, edit, and publish photographs taken during this session for the following purposes:

2. Portfolio Images

4. Model Rights
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to sign this agreement.
I understand that I may request removal of images from future online use where reasonably possible, although material already published or shared may not be fully retrievable.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
The photographer will store photographs and contact information securely and will use them only for the purposes outlined in this agreement.
The model may request access to their personal data or request correction of inaccurate personal information.
6. Release
I release the photographer from any future claims relating to the permitted use of the photographs as described in this agreement.
